Why the Cara Cara extra foamy Garibaldi ?

There are classics you respect, and others you respect so much that you can’t help but push them further.
The Garibaldi is one of them.

At its core, a fluffy Garibaldi is simple: Campari over a mountain of aerated orange juice.
A texture that turns a two-ingredient drink into something special.

But we wanted to take this pleasure somewhere else,
with even more texture.

So we kept the spirit of the Garibaldi, but pushed its texture and aroma until they almost melted into each other by adding an extra foam.

NB : The Cara Cara orange is an Italian pink-fleshed navel variety, sweeter and less acidic than regular oranges.
